The electorate of Cockburn is located in the South Metropolitan Region and includes all or parts of the City of Cockburn.

Comprising of all or parts of the localities of Atwell, Beeliar, Cockburn Central, Coogee, Henderson, Lake Coogee, Munster, South Lake, Success and Yangebup.
